Fresh Fruit Dip

1 – 8 oz. Package Cream Cheese
1 – Jar Marshmallow Cream

Mix together and serve with fresh Strawberries, Kiwi, Pineapple, Grapes, etc.

Cocktail Sauce:

I always used to cringe when I had to buy cocktail sauce.  I would buy it and only use a little of it.  Then, the next time I was having shrimp, I either couldn’t remember if I had any, or recall how old it was!  Anyway, I couldn’t believe it when I found out how easy it was to make at home.  This is a recipe that is suited to taste.  If you like it real spicy, add more horseradish, etc.  The main ingredients are below with a rough estimate of measurements. (I don’t measure on this one)

1 – Cup Ketchup

1 – Tablespoon Horseradish

A couple shakes of Worcestershire Sauce

1 – lemon wedge squeezed

Tartar Sauce:

I never heard of buying tartar sauce in a bottle (or 1000 island salad dressing either).  If you keep a jar of pickle relish in your refrigerator, you can have either whenever you need it.  You see, tartar sauce is nothing more than Mayonnaise mixed with pickle relish…add some ketchup and you have 1000 island dressing!
